Vic is an alien from the Loft Lost 57 in the Sasaft Quadrant who planned to invade Fruit Salad Island but was instead thwarted by Fred's antics.

He is voiced by Garry Chalk.^{[citation needed]}

Appearance

Vic appears to be a middle-aged alien wearing a green hat on his head, a teal polo shirt with a pink star pattern, a utility belt with an anti-gravity button and Ray gun, Blue shorts and brown sandals. This outfit is most likely just a disguise, as the same outfit was accidentally worn by Bingo while trying to get out of the ship.

Slip and Slide D'Peel

Vic finds Slip and Slide annoying. When Fred introduces Vic to his friends, Slip and Slide tries to communicate with him by giving him baby talk which Vic finds annoying.
