Vegetable Salad Island is an island inhabited by vegetables and was the home of B.L. Tomato before he moved back to Fruit Salad Island to be Blendar's sidekick. Its only appearance is in Captain Nut & the Power Fruits.

Some time after Hocus Pocus Lack of Focus, B.L. Tomato moves to Vegetable Salad Island to escape being made fun of by the Fruits due to mistaking him as a fruit, but ends up being treated the same in Vegetable Salad Island by the vegetables.

- Vegetable Salad Island seems to lack a vegetable counterpart for Wedgie, as there is no equivalent of Wedgie's sunken ship in the map and a vegetable version of him not appearing in the flashback.
