Silly Hat Day

Silly Hat Day is a holiday on Fruit Salad Island that occurs on the third wednesday of an unmentioned month. On this day, people wear silly hats, such as one made of bubble clams. Mr. Greenrind called them stupid hats, which Coconut Fred pointed out that Stupid Hat Day isn't until next month.
